Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
MARKETRONIX LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17331464, registered address Dept 6916, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HH, United Kingdom ("Antenna"), is the data controller for personal data processed through the service and the website at antenna.builders.
Contact: support@antenna.builders is the designated address, but it cannot currently receive mail — use the contact form at /contact instead, which is the channel that actually reaches us today.
2. Scope
This policy covers personal data we process when you visit the Antenna website, sign in, connect channels, buy credits or place orders, and the data of people who subscribe to your channels' bots.
It also covers people who apply to work with us as specialists. It does not cover Telegram itself, which processes your data under its own privacy policy.
3. What we process
Account data from the Telegram Login Widget (Telegram user identifier, name, username, photo). Channel data you connect (chat identifier, title, administrator status, bot rights). Content you compose (post text and media references, template configuration).
Delivery data (send statuses, message identifiers, error reasons, DM subscriber records for people who opt in through your channels). Wallet data (credit balance, ledger entries, top-up records). Optional email address if you provide one for notifications.
Server logs, retained short-term for security and debugging.
For specialist applicants: name, Telegram account, experience and the links you send, your answers to the screening questions (largest channel or group you have worked on, usual reply time, bot tools) and, if you choose to attach one, a CV (PDF or Word).
The CV is used only to assess your application. For orders of €2,000 or more: the identity-check result described in the AML & KYC Policy.
4. Where the data comes from
Most data comes from you: what you type, upload and choose. Account data comes from Telegram when you sign in. Channel and delivery data comes from Telegram's Bot API when Antenna posts for you.
Subscriber records come from people who press Start on a bot in your channel. Payment status comes from the payment provider.
5. Why we use it (legal bases)
Performance of our contract with you (operating your channels, wallet, notifications); legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement); consent where required (optional email notifications, non-essential cookies).
Where we keep records because the law requires it, such as payment and identity-check records, the legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
6. Your channels' subscribers
For subscriber data processed on your behalf, such as the DM subscriber list of your channel's bot, you decide why it is collected and Antenna processes it for you.
You are responsible for telling your subscribers how their data is used; we process it only to deliver your messages, keep an opt-out record, and report delivery to you. Subscribers can leave at any time with /stop.
7. Who we share it with
We use a database host (EU region), a transactional email provider where email notifications are enabled, and licensed payment providers for credit top-ups. Payment providers process payment data under their own policies; Antenna never receives or stores payment credentials.
We also use a hosting provider for the website and servers, an AI provider for translation and AI-generated text and images when you use those features, and Telegram, to which your posts are sent for delivery.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
8. Retention
Account, channel and wallet data are retained while your account is active. Post history is retained for 24 months for your records. DM subscriber records are kept until the person unsubscribes or the channel is disconnected, whichever comes first.
Server logs are retained 30 days. Backups roll off within 35 days.
Payment and ledger records are kept for as long as the law requires for financial records, and identity-check records for five years, as the AML & KYC Policy describes.
A specialist application, including any CV attached to it, is kept whether it is approved or declined.
The CV is stored privately in our database, never at a public link, and only the Antenna staff who review specialist applications can open it.
Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) deletes your application and CV, and you can ask us to delete them sooner through the contact form at /contact. When a retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to run the service. We never see or store card numbers.
If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
10. Your rights
You can export your data (Settings → Export my data) or delete your account and its data (Settings → Delete account) at any time.
You may also request access, rectification, restriction or objection through the contact form at /contact (support@antenna.builders is the designated address, but cannot currently receive mail, so the form is the channel that actually reaches us), and complain to your local data-protection authority.
DM subscribers who pressed Start can unsubscribe with /stop at any time. We answer requests within one month, and we may need to confirm your identity first.
You can also withdraw consent you gave at any time, without affecting what was done before.
11. Automated decisions
Antenna does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based only on automated processing. AI features produce suggestions and translations that you review before anything is published.
12. International transfers
Primary data storage is in the EU. Antenna is registered in England and Wales, so UK data-protection law applies alongside EU law where both are engaged.
Where a processor operates outside the EEA or UK, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, on standard contractual clauses, or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to those clauses.
13. Children
Antenna is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Non-essential cookies (currently: none beyond consent bookkeeping) are set only after you accept them — see the Cookie Policy.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or the law changes.
The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in advance through the site or the bot about any change that affects how your data is used.
