The operational details, straight.
Telegram forbids bots from messaging anyone who hasn't started a conversation with them first. Pressing Start once opens our line to you — it's how we notify you about failed sends, disconnected channels and low balance.
No — and no product can. Telegram never exposes a channel's subscriber list to bots. What we do is post to the channel itself, which every subscriber sees.
The DM list is separate: only people who deliberately pressed Start on the bot.
For channels: Post Messages. For groups where you deploy templates: the bot reads member messages, so add it as a plain admin with that ability.
We verify the bot's own rights — not just your membership — before a channel goes live.
Telegram tells us immediately. The channel flips to disconnected, scheduled posts pause with a clear status instead of silently failing, and you get a bot-DM notification with a re-connect link.
Only people who pressed Start on the Antenna bot through your channel's link. They can leave any time with /stop, and blocked users are skipped and logged, never retried.
Deliberately slower than Telegram's ceiling. Large lists spread over hours with a live progress bar and an abort button. Speed never risks the bot's standing.
One credit is worth €0.02. Each action has its own price, listed below, and you only pay for what actually happens: a post that fails to deliver is refunded.

Not in V1. The shared bot is deliberate: you never hold a token, and we can protect deliverability for everyone. Bring-your-own-bot may come later.
Settings → Account → Delete account. We remove your channels, post history, DM subscriber records and personal data, as described in the privacy policy.
Yes. Channels receive broadcasts; groups host the bot templates — FAQ responder, welcome message and giveaway — because templates react to member messages, which only groups allow.
