AML & KYC Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This policy sets out how Antenna prevents its service from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion, and how we identify the people we work with (know your customer, KYC).

It applies to every Antenna account, every payment made to Antenna and every order placed through it, and to the specialists who carry out customer work.

2. Our commitment

We do not knowingly accept funds that are the proceeds of crime, provide the service to people or organisations subject to sanctions, or let the service be used to move value between third parties.

Credits can only be bought by card and spent on Antenna's own services; they cannot be transferred to another account or cashed out, and money leaves Antenna only as a refund to the card that paid.

3. Risk-based approach

We assess risk by who the customer is, where they are established, how they pay and what they order. Low-value, routine credit purchases carry low risk and are covered by the payment provider's screening.

Large or unusual orders, and orders for bespoke work, carry more risk and receive closer checks, as described in sections 5 and 6.

4. Sanctions screening

Antenna is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. The site refuses connections from those countries, so sign-in and sign-up from them are refused, and we do not accept an email address on those countries' domains.

Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider, which runs its own sanctions screening on them.

We refuse, suspend or close an account where the law requires it or where a match is confirmed, and we do not reverse that decision on request.

5. Customer due diligence

When you buy credits, the licensed payment provider verifies the card and the cardholder as its regulation requires, including 3-D Secure where your bank uses it; the provider may ask you for identity documents, and those documents stay with the provider.

For every account we record who holds it, how it signed in, and every credit movement on it.

6. Enhanced due diligence

A commissioned bot build or specialist hire priced at €2,000 or more requires us to verify the identity of the person or business placing it before any work starts.

You are told this at the quote, before you pay, and the order shows "Identity check needed" until the check is complete.

We may also ask for information about the source of funds for any payment that is large or unusual for the account, and we may decline an order where that information is not provided.

7. Monitoring and reporting

We monitor accounts for activity that does not fit their normal use, such as repeated failed payments, many accounts linked to one card, or credits bought and refunded without being used.

Where we suspect money laundering or terrorist financing we may suspend the account, withhold a refund while we review it, and report the matter to the relevant authority.

The law may prevent us from telling you that a report has been made.

8. Record keeping

We keep account, order, payment-reference and identity-verification records for five years after the account is closed or the order is completed, whichever is later, and then delete them, as the Privacy Policy describes.

9. Specialists

Specialists who carry out customer work are identified before their first assignment, are paid only by Antenna and never by customers directly, and must report to us any customer request that looks like an attempt to misuse the service.

10. Responsibility and review

The directors of the company operating Antenna are responsible for this policy and for making sure it is followed. We review it at least once a year and whenever the law or our services change.
